  1. Not really sure of my numbers
    handstand push ups – 43
    pull ups – 41 or 35 I can’t remember
    paralette pushups – maybe 25 or 35 oh I don’t remember
    barbell pully up thingys – I think 23 or 16 or gosh I have no idea
    ring dips – this one I know cuz it was only 8!!!

    No PR on the rowing – 1:55

  2. Seated shoulder press: 65
    Pull ups: 40
    Paralette pushups: 35
    Supine bar rows: 20
    Paralette dips: 8
    500m row: 1:51 new PR

  3. Seated Shoulder Press: 33 (11@70lb DB 22@60lb DB)=33
    Pull Ups:30 (2 grn bands)
    P push ups:25
    bar row :20
    P dips: 13
    500m row: 1:34 new pr
