CrossFit Kids and Teens main goal is to make fitness FUN! Your child will learn many skills and life lessons that will be the foundational building blocks to grow into productive, hard working, healthy adults.
There is much scientific research that supports the fact that a proper strength and conditioning program is not only safe, but extremely beneficial for growing children. CrossFit Kids/Teens combines elements of gymnastics, bodyweight exercises, and weightlifting to optimize use of the ten general physical skills which include: cardio-respiratory endurance, power, strength, stamina, speed, agility, flexibility, balance, accuracy, and coordination. These elements are combined in a way to keep children engaged and having FUN, while introducing them to properly executed functional movements they will use throughout their life.
CrossFit Kids (K-5th Grade) meets every Wednesday from 4:30-5:30PM
CrossFit Teens (6th-12th Grade) meets every Tuesday and Thursday from 3:30-4:30PM
