Most of our obstacles in life are mental. We have to overcome fears and anxieties.  Many people are hesitant to do a box jump.  The box looks so high and we are not sure of our proprioception.  Most of what we do in CrossFit is breaking past those mental barriers, of I can’t.  Many people surpassed the height they thought  they could. 

There are many times in life we see an obstacle in front of us and think, “How will I ever overcome all this?”.  By faith in God we can overcome.  For some encouraging examples of faith, read Hebrews, chapter 11.
