1 Front Squat (155/105)
20 Double Unders
2 Front Squats
20 Double Unders
3 Front Squats
20 Double Unders
4 Front Squats
20 Double Unders

Continue through 5/20…6/20…7/20 and so forth.

Rx’d + (205/140)

1) As many rounds and reps as possible alternating with a partner in 7 minutes of:

7 Toes to Bar

We always talk about how we want to introduce our friends to CrossFit so lets invite them. This Thursday July 31st will be “Bring a Friend Day”. We will run a normal schedule and friends are welcome at ALL class times including the 6am. This will be a free class.

Ultimate Frisbee in Ten Simple Rules

CrossFit Games on ESPN Friday and Saturday 9:00pm!!!

“Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat. Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, clean and jerk, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, paralettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast. Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense. Regularly learn and play new sports.”
