Teams of 2 each complete the following for time:

100 Overhead Squats (95/65)
100 Lateral Burpees
100 Push Ups (de-load)

100 SDHP (95/65)
100 Box Jumps (24/20)
100 Wall Balls (20/14)

Only one partner may be working on the exercise at a time.

2 Cleans (power or squat)
8 Chest to Bar Pull Ups

Complete 10 sets with the load increasing every set.  Immediately perform 8 chest to bar pull ups after each set of cleans.  There is no time component for this workout but it must completed within a 20 minute time cap.  Rest as long as needed between sets, but load must increase every set.

Post loads and run times to comments.

Rest 5 minutes…

4 rounds each for time of:

Rest Day

After the Sabbath, at dawn on the first day of the week, Mary Magdalene and the other Mary went to look at the tomb. There was a violent earthquake, for an angel of the Lord came down from heaven and, going to the tomb, rolled back the stone and sat on it. His appearance was like lightning, and his clothes were white as snow. The guards were so afraid of him that they shook and became like dead men.

The angel said to the women, “Do not be afraid, for I know that you are looking for Jesus, who was crucified. He is not here; he has risen, just as he said. Come and see the place where he lay. Then go quickly and tell his disciples: ‘He has risen from the dead and is going ahead of you into Galilee. There you will see him.’ Now I have told you.”

So the women hurried away from the tomb, afraid yet filled with joy, and ran to tell his disciples. Suddenly Jesus met them. “Greetings,” he said. They came to him, clasped his feet and worshiped him. Then Jesus said to them, “Do not be afraid. Go and tell my brothers to go to Galilee; there they will see me.”~Matthew 28:1-10

An Epistle is defined as one of the letters adopted as books of the New Testament.  In 2 Timothy, In his letter, Paul urges Timothy to not have a “spirit of timidity” and to “not be ashamed to testify about our Lord” (1:7-8)

For the Spirit God gave us does not make us timid, but gives us power, love and self-discipline.  So do not be ashamed of the testimony about our Lord or of me his prisoner. Rather, join with me in suffering for the gospel, by the power of God.  He has saved us and called us to a holy life—not because of anything we have done but because of his own purpose and grace. This grace was given us in Christ Jesus before the beginning of time, but it has now been revealed through the appearing of our Savior, Christ Jesus, who has destroyed death and has brought life and immortality to light through the gospel.
(2 Timothy 1:7-10) 

In 2 Timothy he talks about perilous times.  The word translated perilous has the idea of troubles, difficulty, and stressful situations. This sort of atmosphere will mark the last days.  Many people feel like we are in the last days.  In Matthew 24 these are described as the birth pains before Christ’s return.
Watch out that no one deceives you. For many will come in my name, claiming, ‘I am the Messiah,’ and will deceive many. You will hear of wars and rumors of wars, but see to it that you are not alarmed. Such things must happen, but the end is still to come. Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. There will be famines and earthquakes in various places. All these are the beginning of birth pains.

Birth pains become increasingly closer in time from each other before the child is born.  We have had wars, famines, earthquakes and devastation all throughout history but when the time comes near for Christ to return they will become more frequent like birth pains.  It could be 100 more years, 100 days, 10 minutes away.  “But about that day or hour no one knows, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father,  Mark 13:32 .  We don’t know what the future holds but we know who holds the future.  Do not be afraid of the uncertainties that lie ahead but face every day with power, love and self-discipline.

say to those with fearful hearts, “Be strong, do not fear; your God will come, he will come with vengeance; with divine retribution he will come to save you.”  Isaiah 35:4
