1 Rope Climb
10 True Push Ups

Rest 2 minutes…

As many rounds an reps as possible in 8 minutes of:

5 Deadlifts (225/155)
8 Box Jumps (24/20)

Rx’d + (275/185)

Rest 2 minutes…

As many reps as possible in 8 minutes of:

Double Unders

Both partners may be working at the same time only on separate movements with the exception of Double Unders.

Rx’d + 40 Unbroken Double Unders (partner must complete 5 Burpees per break during partners Double Unders)

    16 full (v-ups for me instead of rope)
    12 full + 8 reps (225lb me, 185lb John)
    352 DU’s

    I actually did 100 DU’s. First DU WOD ever! Not more than 13 at one time but it’s a start. Old dogs can do new tricks.

  2. I don’t remember all the numbers but keith woods does, however I would like to thank keith and Shawn Johnson for helping get my first official rope climbs today. My leg is burned, my fingers are blistered, but I got my big ol self up that rope. Loving me some Crossfit.

    18 DU. Yeah. 18.

  4. Worked with Greta…don’t know all the numbers….don’t even care really!
    I was able to FINALLY string together double unders!

  5. obviously crossfit causes amnesia – look at all who didn’t remember their numbers – Oh yes, me included.
    Nikol Watson and myself – did lots of push ups, lots of box jumps and lots of double unders! Nikol went unbroken double unders, whereas I had 3 penalities – stupid double unders.

  6. I want to make sure that it is very important to see whether or not his is something that is going to improve in many way.
