Schedule:

-There will no Barbell class on August 11th and 18th.  Hunter’s Barbell class will resume on August 25th 
-There will be no morning classes on Saturday, August 18th. Please plan to join us that evening for our CFM Family Night at the Hiwassee Valley Pool and Wellness Center from 5-7PM.  An optional partner pool workout will begin at 5:15PM.
-10AM classes are held on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday
