We always talk about how we want to introduce our friends to CrossFit so lets invite them.  This Thursday, August 8th will be “Bring a Friend Day”.  We will run a normal schedule and friends are welcome at ALL class times including the 6am.  This will be a free class.   We will  be beginning our next Foundations class this Monday, August 12th at 6pm.  Don’t worry, we will be gentle.

But he gives us even more grace to stand against such evil desires.  As the Scriptures say, “God opposes the proud but favors the humble.”~James 4:6
