Erik just checkin in. Killer workout. Time was 18:35 and I was smoked. Used 55 lbs. on the swings. Got my little boy out of school all week this week, but Jama and I are planning on making a run back over next week. Doing alot of advertising for you with our crossfit shirts too lol.
14:54 would have rather done filthy fifty followed by a 5k run instead of doin this once!!!
