    FC= 2×50 db for 200m
    Penny, Ashley and Amanda are my heroes with the blue bad boys!

  2. WOD 12:15 (155lb squat clean & jerk 2 rounds then 185lb clean and jerk the rest)
    Farmers Carry….. let’s just say I didn’t even make it across the road to the farm.

  3. 13:17 w/ C&J 135 (failed both times after the deloads), 53 lb KB
    FC 50lb DB 475 m (should have gone heavier)
