Perform 1 Power Snatch every 30 seconds for 10 minutes.

*Use 75-85% of 1 RM Power Snatch

Peform 3 Burpees during rest period for every missed rep.

Rest 5 minutes…

As many rounds and reps as possible in 5 minutes of:

3 Wall Climbs 
5 Double KB Power Clean and jerks
