DB Push Presses (50/30)
Double Unders
Static Ring Support Hold

-The Tabata interval is 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 intervals.
-Post lowest reps of Plank Ups, DB Push Presses and Double Unders, as well as total Meters and lowest time held in Static Ring Support Hold to comments.

1) Devote 15 minutes to mobility work or ROMWOD
