  1. WOD on Anna Maria Island: I ran 5k loop on northern tip of island. Rod did 5-10-15 of pullups,airsquats &pushups – 10 rounds.

    4 x 10 Down Unders

  3. BenchPress – 105/110/115,110/110/110 Tabata – 35lb KB twist – 17, 16 sit ups and then 28 flutters = 61 total
