Complete as many reps as possible in 9 minutes of the following rep scheme:

2 Power Snatches (95/65)
25 Double Unders
4 Power Snatches (95/65)

25 Double Unders
6 Power Snatches (95/65)

25 Double Unders
8 Power Snatches (95/65)

25 Double Unders
10 Power Snatches (95/65)
25 Double Unders

When you complete the round of 10, go on to 12. When you complete 12, go on to 14 and so forth.

1) Farmer’s Carry for max distance covered in 4 attempts (6 minute cap)

CrossFit Murphy will only have one WOD Memorial Day at 10:00am.  There will be no other sessions on Monday, May 27th. 

CrossFit Murphy will be closed Thursday, June 6th-Sunday, June 10th for the Mid Atlantic Regional Competition.
