400 M Run(each)
100 Box Jumps(24/20)
100 Ring Dips
100 Power Snatches(75/55)
100 Bar Facing Burpees
100 Staggered Push Ups
800 M Run(each)
For time:
Only one partner may be working on the exercise at a time. Both partners will perform the run simultaneously.
