Have you let your nutrition fall short since the Paleo Challenge? Nutrition is the foundation of all that we do. CrossFit Murphy will be starting our Spring Clean Nutrition Challenge on Monday, April 18th. This will be an 8 week team challenge. Challenge will be Zone/Paleo/Primal. The goal of our challenges is to learn how to eat for peak performance in LIFE and in the gym. How you eat is in direct coorelation with how you feel each hour of every day. CrossFit Murphy does not promote quick fixes. As CrossFitters, we all understand that this is a lifestyle and not a quick fix.
