Working with a partner, each partner must complete 7 rounds of:
Hand Walk 100 feet
12 Pull ups
Banded Sprint 100 feet
For time:
You will take turns completing a full rounds. Each partner will complete 7 rounds.
Post total time to complete WOD for both partners.
Pull up grips will vary:
1- Strict Pull ups
2-Strict Chin ups
3-Strict Mixed grip
4-Strict Mixed grip
5-Kipping
6-Tarzan
7-Strict Ring Pull ups
