Complete 8 rounds:

Sprint a 20 yards – 40 yards– 20 yards Shuttle Drill

*Rest 45 seconds between rounds.
*For shuttle drill, start by sprinting 20 yards, change directions and sprint back 40 yards, change direction and sprint back 20 yards through original starting point. 

Post fastest and slowest round to comments.

The CrossFit Games Open is a six week, worldwide competition in the sport of fitness. The Open is the first step in the CrossFit Games season and takes place from March 15 until April 24. There is one workout per week for six weeks, and athletes compete to qualify for the CrossFit Games.  At CrossFit Murphy, we will dedicate on WOD time per week to the Crossfit Games WOD.  What does this mean?  It means that this gives all of us at CFM an opportunity to get together, do a WOD, enjoy each other, enjoy our community, and compare our WOD scores to MOST FIT ATHLETES in the world.  We will have a RX’d and a scaled division, just like any other WOD we do.  Even if you are not qualifying for the games, come get in the WOD, and let’s have a great time.  CrossFit Games Open WOD time T.B.A.
