For time:

For every minute that is takes to complete WOD, perform 5 burpees.  Burpees begin immediately following the WOD. 

Post total time to complete WOD + burpees combined.

Schedule change:  Olympic Lifting class will revert back to becoming a regular WOD.  We will continue the Oly Lift at a new time TBA. 

Paleo Challenge winners will be announced on Friday.  I need a final point total for everyone who participated.  Also, if you had a before picture made, you need to get an after picture.
