Signs you are a CrossFitter

1.   When you promise your wife an iPod when she can do a bodyweight pullup. 
2.  When you start worrying more about how deep your squats are than how heavy they are.
3.  You drive with a hook grip.
4.  When helping people move turns into a metcon WOD
5.   If your kid is the one challenging the other 8 year olds to “however many pullups you can do in one minute”
6.   If your kids are challenging you to burpees (and a shot at the ever-rotating house title of burpee-master)
7.   If the words “rest day” make you just a little sad.
8.  You know what kip and PR mean.
9.  You have done “Angie” and ask what’s next?
