12 Single Arm Landmine Rows (each)
20 Banded Tricep Extensions

-Holiday Schedule

-Monday, December 25th-Closed
-There will be NO CrossFit Kids during the week of Christmas
-Teens will be regular schedule
-Monday, January 1st-Closed
