    In reference to your linked article, CF has not made me smarter, my memory is actually worse, nor am I any better looking. My friends say I’m crazy for doing it and accuse me of being in a cult. I may have to seek psyc help to find out if this crazy comment I have been getting is true. I may ask for a refund…..don’t take it personal. What do I do if I test positive for psycotic deliurim chronic addictive CF disorder? Do you have insurance for that? What is the treatment and cure? And I can’t spell either is that a side effect? I need help….

  2. Michael… I have read many articles about Psychotic delirium chronic addictive CF disorder and the prescription is always….
    A HEAVY DOSE OF BARBELL! it is recommended to do this at least once a day, but preferably twice on days that end in Y. Side effects of heavy barbells include but are not limited to: PR’s, Hulk like figures, short-sleeve shirts becoming sleeveless, and bathing suits and sleep clothes closely resembling each other. Some memory loss may occur as many won’t be able to remember ever being in such great shape. In the event this occurs, thank the GOOD LORD and pick up another barbell just for good measure.

  3. I was at about 1:30 every round…but I had to post…..for the first time ever, I felt like I HAD BURPEES…..BURPEES DIDN’T HAVE ME! As for the smarts, I really can’t help here…I’ve always been of such high intelligence; it’s just so hard to improve on that 🙂
