Thursday 1.27.11

 
 

Congratulations Brent and Amanda!! Addie and Brynna Johnson!!

At the start of the minute do 10 Box Jumps and in the remainder of the minute complete as many push-ups as you can.  On the second minute 10 Box Jumps and do as many sit ups as you can in the remainder time.  Keep alternating between the push-ups and sit ups for 10 minutes. 

Rest 3 minutes
 

Run 1 mile

Post mile time and total number of push ups and sit ups to comments.

Add em’ up!!  Current Paleo score go on the whiteboard.  Time to be accountable.  We will also be having a Paleo support group with a Paleo confession time post WOD.
