Congratulations Brent and Amanda!! Addie and Brynna Johnson!!

At the start of the minute do 10 Box Jumps and in the remainder of the minute complete as many push-ups as you can.  On the second minute 10 Box Jumps and do as many sit ups as you can in the remainder time.  Keep alternating between the push-ups and sit ups for 10 minutes. 

Rest 3 minutes
 

Run 1 mile

Post mile time and total number of push ups and sit ups to comments.
