Working with a partner, each partner must complete 6 rounds of:
Hand Walk 100 feet
12 Pull ups
200 M Farmer’s Carry/or Buddy Carry
For time:
You will take turns completing a full rounds. Each partner will complete 6 rounds.
Post total time to complete WOD for both partners.
Pull up grips will vary:
1- Strict Pull ups
2-Strict Chin ups
3-Strict Mixed grip
4-Strict Mixed grip
5-Chest to Bar
6-Tarzan (Shoulder to bar)
