Row 45 seconds for max distance
5 Power Cleans at 70% of 1 rep max

Post loads and total distance as a team to comments.

Strength: Max Handstand Push ups in 5 minutes

CrossFit Kids: Thursdays 3:30-4:20
CrossFit Big Dogs/Teens Wednesdays 5:30-6:30 (times are tentative depending on class needs)
