Two person teams perform the following sequence for 20 minutes:

Row 45 seconds for max distance
5 Power Cleans at 70% of 1 rep max

Post loads and total distance as a team to comments.

Strength: Max Handstand Push ups in 5 minutes

CrossFit Kids will begin this week at the following times:

CrossFit Kids: Thursdays 3:30-4:20
CrossFit Big Dogs/Teens Wednesdays 5:30-6:30 (times are tentative depending on class needs)

  1. I can not thank each of you enough for the efforts you put forth throughout the weekend to make Mayhem in the Mountains a success. By Sunday afternoon I looked around the room and saw alot of tired eyes, two of them being mine. As I watched the weekend unfold, I often thought what I have I gotten all of us into? There are a lot of great CrossFit gyms throughout the world with a lot of tremendous athletes, but I will take our gym any day. I really enjoy CrossFit. I really enjoy the workouts we do “most” days. What make CrossFit Murphy so special is not the workouts, but the people that make up what we call our “CrossFit Murphy Family”. People who love each other, love helping eath other, love seeing each other get better, and coming into the gym every day and enjoying being with thier best friends. Every comment made this weekend eventually led to how great the people of our gym are and how nice they had been treated by each of you(I every heard a couple of judges apologize during the middle of the WOD to their athlete multiple times for “No Repping” them. “No Rep, I am so sorry, “No Rep”, I am so sorry, but your chin has to go above the bar”. You are special people and I have no idea why God led my family to this place, but I am glad I am here.
