-Bring a Friend Day will be Thursday, September 19th. This will be a free class for our friends and they are welcome to join any class on Thursday.
-The 30 day #800gChallenge begins on October 7th and you can register HERE. Once you register, you will need to download the Wodify Rise app. We will have a nutrition seminar discussing everything you need to know on October 5th from 10-11AM. This will be a free nutrition seminar for anyone that signs up for the challenge. As well, watch the CFM Insta and FB pages for more info!
-The 2020 Open begins in 4 weeks! We will run 20.1 on Saturday, October 12th. The sign up sheet is on the whiteboard.
-Progenex order will be made on Saturday, September 21st. A sign up sheet will be posted on Monday.
