800 M Run(MMS gym)
1 round of the Bear Complex
800 M Run(MMS gym) 

Bear Complex is:

1-Power clean
2-Front squat
3-Push press
4-Back squat
5-Push press 

Seven sets of the sequence equals one round.  

These exercises must be done in succession without
putting the bar down for seven times through the sequence. 

Contact with the floor must be touch and go during sequences. 

Rest anywhere but the floor! 

If failure occurs during the sequence, you must begin the segquence from the beginning.

  1. 12:18 modified wod today cuz I am a big weanie and my arm hurts so I did KB and burpee box jumps instead of the bear complex
