With a continuously running clock, do one Front Squat (135/95) and one Box Jump (24/20) the first minute, two Front Squats and two Box Jumps the second minute, three Front Squats and three Box Jumps the third minute… continuing as long as you are able within the minute.
-Front Squats must be completed before advancing on to the Box Jumps.
1) Tempo Back Squats 5-5-5 (climbing)
(3 seconds down, 3 seconds in the bottom, fast up)
