  1. BS 95 lbs + 100 de-loads

    Row 750 + 31 WB (14 lbs). Would have been no rep x about 20 of those did not touch the oval……

    ROW 3:25 / 38 WB
    I always start out thinking I can row a 3:10 / 1000 but around 500 I’m out of gas.
