7 Push Jerks @ 70% of bodyweight
25 Double Unders
Compare to 8.15.12
1) Front Squat (work to heavy 5 then 3 x 3 at same load)
2) 3 rounds not for time of:
12 DB/KB Lunges (6 each AHAP)
3 Rope Climbs (skill) or 10 Supine Ring Rows
