Rest 3 minutes between rounds
For 12 minutes complete the following:
Perform 5 Power Cleans every minute on the minute for 4 minutes @ 75% of 1 rep max
Perform 3 Power Cleans every minute on the minute for 4 minutes @ 85% of 1 rep max
Perform 1 Power Clean every 30 seconds for 4 minutes @ 90 % of 1 rep max
