As many rounds and reps as possible in 14 minutes of:

100 M Run
6 Strict Handstand Push Ups
12 Pull Ups
24 Double Unders

1) Push Press 5 x 5 (climbing from rack)

2) Max distance Single Arm Farmer’s Carry in 4 minutes (AHAP)
