Teams of 2 complete the following:
Partner 1 will run 1 mile (MHS loop)
Partner will will complete as many rounds as possible during partner 1’s run of:
5 Pull Ups
10 Push Ups
15 Air Squats
Partners will then switch until both partners have completed both the run and “Cindy”
Post total time and total rounds to comments.
June Schedule Changes:
We will add to the schedule everyday, Monday-Friday:
6:00 am-CrossFit WOD
Saturday morning will go back to 9:00am throughout the summer.
CrossFit Kids will change to Tuesday mornings at 8:15am-9:15am.
CrossFit Murphy will be closed Thursday, June 6th-Sunday, June 10th for the Mid Atlantic Regional Competition.
