  1. 29:43 (first 2 rounds with 14lb/ round 3 with 12 lb/round 4 & 5 with 6lb wall ball) – stupid knee was hurting time was slower this time around 🙁

    then WOD #2 with the Lady Dogs
    10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1
    sumo deadlift high pull (35lb KB)
    goblet squats (35lb KB)

  2. 39:14…old time was better (35:??) but I used 3 plates instead of box. Today used 20″ box, 6lb wall ball.

  3. I did not do kelly because I have dinosaur blisters on my feet from Friday’s 10K – SOOOOO I did Saturdays WOD 3 bench press and 5 back squat AMRAP in 12 minutes – SOOOOOOO 80lbs bench/110 back squat = 19 rounds
