Tough WOD!!
34:24 85 thrusters, 175 DL and 53 KB – that’s right 11 minutes slower then last time. There is no way I did it even close to prescribed last time, or I was insane when I performed this WOD or someone else took over my body or maybe I am just getting OLD!
