  1. FS/BS 105/110/125 (20 lbs heavier!!!) and then came the pull ups….
    WOD: by no means was any of it pretty and it took me forever but it was RX’d
    15:10 and I’m with Amy….woop woop! 🙂 ….gains are gains!!!!
