This Thursday, May 30 CrossFit Murphy will be hosting our Regional Fundraiser Dinner at Doyle’s at 6:30 pm.  Tickets are $25 for Dinner and entertainment.  If you have not purchased a ticket please do so prior to Thursday. 

The raffle for the 1 year unlimited membership to CrossFit Murphy will be announced Wednesday, June 5th.  Tickets are $20 each.  All proceeds will go to help travel expenses for the CrossFit Murphy Regional Team.

CrossFit Murphy will be closed Thursday, June 6th-Sunday, June 10th for the Mid Atlantic Regional Competition.

CrossFit Kids will be regular schedule today at 3:30, but there will be no Big Dogs until further notice.
