  1. 1047 meters + 200 meter farmer’s carry with 80lb DB for 100m and 70lb KB for 100m.
    BS: 235×5, 275×3, 315×2, 335×1, 345×1

    125 meters farmers carry 40lbs.

  3. Back squat: 100×5 / 115×3 / 120×2 / 125 x1 / 130×1
    ROW: 766 meters
    Farmers Carry: 235 meters @ 35 lb carry

  4. BS – 160/170/190/200/210
    886 rowing ( no burpees thank goodness)
    Farmer carry 60lb – 200m
