Every minute on the minute for as many complete rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:

1 Squat Cleans
2 Push Jerks
3 Power Cleans

If you have failure within in the minute, perform a 150 M shuttle every minute on the minute for the duration of the time.

Use 65-75% of 1 RM Power Clean
