Tuesday 4.3.12

Yesterday we did the workout, “Murph”.  If you do CrossFit you know how hard this workout is.  There were times I wanted to quit, especially running a mile after 300 air squats.  Once you are finished regardless of how long it takes, there is a since of satisfaction that you completed.  We run across this same scenario in everyday life.  Do we quit when things get tough?

Do you start something and wonder how you are going to finish?  Reject thought of limitations and failure in your mind.  Negative thoughts and attitudes can deprive our future if we don’t have faith.  Just remember when something seems too hard and you can’t see the end in sight, have faith and expect great things. You will look back and feel satisfaction of completion and it will prepare you for a new challenge.

“I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord.  “Plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”  Jeremiah 29:11
