60 Calorie Row
50 Push Ups (de-load)
40 Box Jumps (24/20)
30 KB Swings (53/35)
20 Front Squats (185/135)
10 Muscle Ups

Strength: Power Clean (find a 3 rep max) 3 x 3 @ 90% of 3 RM
