10 Burpee Pull-ups
20 DB Box Step Ups (24/20…50/35)
-DB can be supported in any position but not resting on the leg, the free hand may not push into the legs during the step-up. One hand must be touching the DB at all times.
1) Complete the following every 1:30 for 7 sets:
3-Position Snatch (High Hang, Hang, Full)
