Teams of 2 each complete the following for time:

100 Overhead Squats (95/65)
100 Lateral Burpees
100 Push Ups (de-load)

100 SDHP (95/65)
100 Box Jumps (24/20)
100 Wall Balls (20/14)

Only one partner may be working on the exercise at a time.

  1. Kayla and Brandy 33:27…and while we went over the 30 min. mark….we went Rx’d
    ….2nd WOD that we have been able to do with Rx’d weight, so I’ll take it! 🙂
