Teams of 2 complete as many rounds and reps in 12 minutes of:
7 Front Squats (135/95)
7 Chest to Bar Pull Ups
7 Burpees Over the Bar
Partners will alternate movements to complete each round. Partner 1 performs 7 Front Squats…Partner 2 performs 7 Chest to Bar Pull Ups..Partners 1 performs 7 Burpees Over the Bar (1 round complete). Continue this pattern for 12 minutes.
1) Back Squat (work to heavy 5 then 2 x 5 @ 90% of heavy 5)
