At the 6 minute mark complete as many rounds and reps as possible of:

“Annie”

50-40-30-20 and 10 reps of:

Double Unders
Ab Mat Sit Ups

1) Every minute on the minute complete:

-5 Snatches every minute on the minute for 4 minutes
-Rest 1 minute
-3 Snatches every minute on the minute for 4 minutes
-Rest 1 minute
-1 Snatch every 30 seconds for 4 minutes

    And we were on a 5 min and 12min clock at 6am.

  2. In hotel: 60 db one arm snatch then Annie then emom for 4 : 5 back squats at 135, then 3 at 155, then 1 q 30 sec at 185

    SWOD: 80/85/100
    WOD: @95lbs. forgot to look at Isabel time
    11 reps shy of a full Annie (singles…doubled the number)
