As many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of:

2 Muscle Ups
3 Handstand Push Ups
4 Unbroken Power Snatches

If you are proficient with 2 muscle ups go heavier in the power snatch.

Strength: Back  Squat 3-3-3-3-3 (3 second pause at the bottom of the first 2 squats in each sequence)
