Tuesday 11.26.13

As many reps as possible of the following sequence in 10 minutes of:

30 Snatches (75/45)
30 Snatches(135/75)
30 Snatches (165/100)
As many Snatches (210/120) as possible in time remaining

Power Snatch or Squat Snatch is acceptable.  Complete all reps at the first weight before advancing to the next weight. Score is total reps completed in 10 minutes.

Compare to 1.17.13 or 3.1.12

1) Bench Press 1 x Max Reps (225/125…185/115…155/105..choose one load)

2) As many rounds and and reps in 6 minute alternating with a partner of:

    WOD = 65 @ 65-85-95
    Not real happy but first day back from 4 days of a virus, not as bad as it could of been.

    BP: 12 @ 185
    WOD: 60 (75/95) Good to see I am no better at this WOD now than I was last two times!

    WOD 71
    (45/75/100×1 it wasn’t pretty and couldn’t do anymore so went back down to 80 lbs to finish up 10 more reps)
    Definitely better than yesterday!
