We will be having an introduction to the Zone Diet this Saturday, November 6th from 11:00-12:00.  You must learn how to eat in order to reach your fitness goals.  Free to all CrossFit Murphy members.  $10 to non-members.

Schedule:  We will be having a closed session for the MHS wrestling team on Mondays and Wednesdays from 3:15-4:15.  Tuesday,Thursday, and Friday schedule remains the same 4:15/5:15/6:15.
