-Perform 5 Power Cleans every minute on the minute for 4 minutes
-Rest 1 minute
-Perform 3 Power Cleans every minute on the minute for 4 minutes
-Rest 1 minute
-Perform 1 Power Clean every 30 seconds for 4 minutes
