    “R & T Anniversary Wod”

    18 min (1 min for each year married)
    7 reps KB SDHP
    7 reps KB swings
    7 reps KB push press each arm
    (3 exercises for our three boys, 21 reps each round for 21 years together)
    AKA-shoulder builder/buster. Really to keep strong shoulders to keep supporting each other for another 21+ years

    No time, I cheated because Erik did not clearly explain the WOD, however everyone else seemed to understand just fine 🙂 45lbs bench press, 35lbs post WOD shoulder press 2×6.
